These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 3DAnimal.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a model, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Some features — including writing reviews — require a verified email address.

2. Purchases and licenses

Each model is sold under one of the following license types, non-exclusive and non-transferable unless stated otherwise:

  • Personal — for non-commercial, personal use only (e.g. home 3D printing).
  • Commercial — for use in commercial projects, games, and productions.
  • Extended — adds resale and broadcast rights, where offered.

You may not resell, redistribute, or re-upload a purchased model file itself (as opposed to work you create using it) except under an Extended license that explicitly permits it.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown in USD. Once a download has started, purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion for a defective file.

4. User content

Reviews and ratings you submit must be honest, based on genuine use of the model, and free of abusive or unlawful content. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Prohibited use

  • Uploading or distributing malware, or attempting to breach the Service's security
  • Circumventing licensing restrictions on purchased models
  • Creating accounts through automated means or for fraudulent purchases

6. Intellectual property

Models remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. Purchasing a license grants you the usage rights described above — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service and models are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D Animal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or downloaded models.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
